For anyone that is unfamiliar with what the ZHP package is, please read here: http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/content.php?30-Frequently-Asked-Questions-(FAQ)-About-the-BMW-E46-330-ZHP-Performance-Package-Option

Seriously. Read it.
These things are rare. And they are amazing cars. I really wish I did not have to sell mine, but I need to for financial reasons.
Only 66k miles. You will have a tough time finding one with this little mileage. At dealerships, ZHP's with this kind of mileage are listed around 16-19k. If they are listed less, they are gone in a matter of days or hours after they are posted.
So about the car:
Salvage title. I have a binder with all receipts to pass on to the next owner. The accident was front end. NO ENGINE COMPONENTS were damaged. The car ran and drove even after the accident flawlessly.
Silver Gray Metallic paint, color code A08.
6-speed gear box very similar to the transmission in the M3. Short throw.
Silver Cube interior trim (this is a rare option, $800 new from a dealer)
Style 135 ///M wheels, staggered fitment. 8 in front, 8.5 back -- wheels are pretty good shape. One has a decent rash (rear right, about 6 inches long) but the rest all just have minor nicks and scuffs.
Black leather interior.
Harmon Kardon sound system with Alpine BMW deck. Being an audiophile, I will say, this is a fantastic sound system.
Moon roof.
Brand new rear brake pads. OEM, not cheap O'Reily or NAPA brakes.
Black (anthracite) headliner, not silver like all the other BMW's.
Redesigned cluster, looks 100x better than regular E46's.
Black, chip resistant kidney grills.
License plate delete strip (OEM)
Cooling system: Radiator is brand new. Expansion tank is still working great. No leaks or cracks. Coolant level is holding solid. All hoses and returns are in excellent shape. The only thing I did not check on the cooling system is the water pump and thermostat, but at this mileage, you have little to worry about.
Air conditioning system: Recently recharged. No leaks, and it blows COLD! AC technician measured the temperature of the cold air exiting my vents to be 15 degrees Fahrenheit; 17 degrees below freezing. Perfect for the upcoming summer.
I was under the car just a few thousand miles ago and saw no oil at all. The underside of the engine is clean.
READ THIS: This is very important! Sedan E46's with xenon headlights originally came with housings built by the OEM manufacturer ZKW. THESE HEADLIGHTS BURN OUT. That is, the reflector behind the xenon bulb is made of plastic and burns, essentially making your headlights useless. My ZHP does NOT come with ZKW headlights! My ZHP has OEM AL (Bosch) headlights. These headlights do NOT burn out. Other E46 owners I have conversed with have shelled out $xxxx-$xxxx for new headlights. The light output on my headlights is fantastic. Headlight adjustment motors are fully functional.
The interior is very, very good shape as well. You can take a look at the pictures. The only things are: worn driver bolster (typical), worn and torn aclantara steering wheel (this is specific to ZHP's, and is very typical. BMW stopped using these in xxxx because of how fast they wore), and the center console has some scratches on it (again, typical, BMW uses rubber coatings on all their plastics and it peels after heavy use).
Silver cube trim is in good shape as well. Silver cube is very rare, and very expensive. It also looks awesome.
The exterior is in great shape as well. As far as I know, there is a dent on the rear left quarter panel from a shopping car, and 2 scratches. One is on the trunk, the other is on the right quarter panel next to the tail light.
The front end has your usual rock chips and slight paint nicks. Nothing major, however.

Front tires are Michelin Pilot Sports A/S. They still have plenty of life in them.
Rears are also Michelin Pilot Sports A/s. They will need to be replaced in a few thousand miles.
That's as much as I can think of right now. I try to be as transparent as I can. If you have any questions, text or call me.
Also, BEWARE of FAKE ZHP's! Read the two links I posted above and learn as much as you can. Just because a car has the same bumpers or same cluster does not mean it is a ZHP. Lot's of people try to claim their car is ZHP or "M-Sport" or "Performance Package" to increase the value of the car artificially. This is a genuine ZHP.
Feel free to give me a call. Dario @ 916 949 xxxx.
